Delivery & Returns – Hassle-Free and Reliable

At Legend Vinyl, we’re all about making sure your orders reach you quickly and smoothly because great service is our priority. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and returns:

Fast and Reliable Delivery

We process all orders within 1 business day (Monday-Friday), so your vinyl accessories are on their way to you as soon as possible!

  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.99 – Arrives in 2-3 days.

  • Express UK Delivery: £7.00 – Need it fast? Get your order in 1-2 days when placed before 2:00 pm.

  • FREE UK SHIPPING on orders over £50 – because who doesn’t love free delivery?

Shipping to Europe? No problem!
We now offer shipping to European destinations for just £13 with a standard delivery time of 5-7 days. Our checkout lists the countries in Europe that we dispatch to.

If you live outside Europe and the UK, please do contact us directly for a shipping quote.  We really want to get the items you want to you!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, let us know at hello@mylegendvinyl.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll look into it right away.

Returns & Refunds – Simple and Fair

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. We’ll issue a full refund of the amount you paid immediately the item is received at our warehouse.

What if my order arrives damaged?
That’s rare, but if it happens, just email us at hello@mylegendvinyl.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out for you.

How to Return an Item

  2. Let us have your order number and email.

  3. Let us know the reason for your return.

  4. Please return the item using a tracked delivery service, for your own protection.  Sometimes items can be lost in the post!
