Where do you ship from?
We currently only ship to UK destinations, but as we’re growing quickly it won’t be long before customers all around the world are able to order on this site and receive our products direct to their home.

Are your products available in retail stores?
We’re currently talking to a number of retailers who are interested to
stock our products. Right now, you’ll also find them on Amazon.

Are you compliant with GDPR?
Yes, we take all that stuff very seriously and want to reassure you that any personal information that is held by us is in accordance with all legislation and treated with the utmost respect. We never sell data and only hold what we need in order to fulfil the orders you place with us. We will only contact you if necessary and with regard to any orders you have placed with us. If you opt to receive our newsletter then you will be able to quickly and easily remove your details from our list should you decide you don’t want to receive it any more. We only send out very occasional updates on new products, so you won’t be deluged with emails anyway!

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically take 1 business day to process and dispatch.

If you have opted for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, then if we receive your order by 2pm then your goodies will arrive the following day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day and received by you the day after that.

Our standard (FREE) delivery service is dispatched within 24 hours and will take 3-5 days to arrive with you.

What Payment options do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal and you can pay securely using this safe and convenient payment method. Super quick and totally secure.

Upon reaching the payment you have two options:

– Use your PayPal account if you are already registered.

– If you don’t have a Paypal account then you can still pay for your order using their system. Simply use your debit or credit card as usual. It is not necessary to set up a Paypal account to do this.
