Sounds + Grounds is your friendly neighbourhood Record and Coffee Shop, located on Birmingham Road in Cowes! We stock a wide selection of Pre Loved and New Records, alongside CD’s, Cassettes, Music Books and other memorabilia! We usually run live music events once a month and welcome dogs as well as humans!
